RETURNS/REFUNDS

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns for changes of heart.

However, if you received a damaged or defective item, I am more than happy to replace it. Simply send a picture of the damaged item and I will get started on processing another shipment for you.

USPS does occasionally "misplace" items. We offer tracking on all shipments. If you would like insurance on your order, the Priority shipping option is strongly recommended.

We collect information, such as your name and email address, when you provide it to us while using our website or volunteer it through other forms of communication.
