REFUNDS

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns for changes of heart.

However, if you received a damaged or defective item, I am more than happy to replace it and do whatever it takes to make your experience a pleasant one. Just send me a picture of the damaged item and I will get started on processing another shipment for you.

USPS does occasionally "misplace" items. We offer tracking on all shipments. If you would like insurance on your order, the Priority shipping option is strongly recommended.

We collect information, such as your name and email address, when you provide it to us while using our website or volunteer it through other forms of communication.

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between immacookiebaker and you. In these Terms and Conditions, immacookiebaker is sometimes referred to as “we” or “us” or “our”.

PAYMENT
All prices are in U.S. Dollars (USD) via PayPal.
We will not produce or start working on your order until we receive full payment.
We let you preview before we produce your order.
Changes to artwork, order specifications or production time are not possible once all proofs are approved.

PROOFS
We request approval for every custom product before we produce your custom order request.
The time it takes us to provide a proof will vary depending on our workload.
It is your responsibility to review your proof and approve it.
We are not liable for delays resulting from the proof approval process.
You are responsible for verifying the accuracy of your proof.

SHIPPING
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, strikes, or other situations beyond our control, or for any damages resulting from the failure to receive an order on time.
Our responsibility is limited to preparing your order and delivering it for shipping.
We are not liable for damages that occur while in transit.
